Members can now add products in two ways:
-
Row-by-Row Bulk Entry – Enter multiple products in a single session by filling out one row for each item.
-
Bulk Upload – Import all products at once using an Excel sheet.

Store Manager Portal
- When selling by check, the check number is now mandatory.
- If a cashier scans a product and it’s not found, they can now create a new product directly within the same session.
- Order receipts will now be sent automatically to customers after completing an order.
- Refunds will now be processed using the same payment method the customer originally used.
- Cashiers can’t close a POS session if there’s a payment difference.
- You can now select the subscription template when transferring a booth.
- Store managers can no longer extend the notice period if there’s a draft subscription for the same booth, and the customer has already signed the contract and paid the deposit.
- You can now transfer a member into a booth that is either vacant or in a 30-day notice period.
- On the member’s page, the “Total Sales” will now display without tax.
- In the CRM, we’ve added a new option to “How Did You Hear About Us?”: Recruited by SM.
- In the chatter, the button names have been updated: “External” instead of “Send message” and “Internal” instead of “Log note.”
- Implemented the staff daily sales goal, with the ability to edit it for each company from the Companies page.

Authorization (Auth) payments are now supported in the BMBerry system. This allows you to reserve a payment amount at the time of sale and complete (force) the payment later when you're ready to finalize the transaction.

- The Employees can now mark customers as tax-exempt during contact creation in POS, based on customer type.
- POS now displays the member information associated with a product in the Product Info section.
- Member sales data is now viewable directly from the member's profile.
- Store Managers will now receive notifications for closed subscriptions that require a cancellation review, prompting them to complete the checklist.
- The "Type of Merchandise" field is now automatically filled in for new member contracts (excluding shared contracts).
- Refund eligibility is automatically recalculated when the notice period is extended.
- Customers can now use the same card to pay for multiple subscriptions of the same amount on the same day.
