Manage service requests:

As a manager, you can now review, approve, or reject service publishing requests directly from your Westsidemarket profile in the portal.

• Managers can now approve or reject products pending approval.

• Managers can now approve or reject blogs pending approval.

Added a new section to include Westside Market Website Information.

Members can now add the following details:

• Cover Image

• Introduction Video

• Bio

• Pinned Products & Blogs

Members can now add products in two ways:

• Row-by-Row Bulk Entry – Enter multiple products in a single session by filling out one row for each item.

• Bulk Upload – Import all products at once using an Excel sheet.

• When selling by check, the check number is now mandatory.
• If a cashier scans a product and it’s not found, they can now create a new product directly within the same session.
• Order receipts will now be sent automatically to customers after completing an order.
• Refunds will now be processed using the same payment method the customer originally used.
• Cashiers can’t close a POS session if there’s a payment difference.
  

• You can now select the subscription template when transferring a booth.
• Store managers can no longer extend the notice period if there’s a draft subscription for the same booth, and the customer has already signed the contract and paid the deposit.
• You can now transfer a member into a booth that is either vacant or in a 30-day notice period.

• On the member’s page, the “Total Sales” will now display without tax.
• In the CRM, we’ve added a new option to “How Did You Hear About Us?”: Recruited by SM.
• In the chatter, the button names have been updated: “External” instead of “Send message” and “Internal” instead of “Log note.”
• Implemented the staff daily sales goal, with the ability to edit it for each company from the Companies page.

• The Employees can now mark customers as tax-exempt during contact creation in POS, based on customer type.

• Store Managers will now receive notifications for closed subscriptions that require a cancellation review, prompting them to complete the checklist.
  
• The "Type of Merchandise" field is now automatically filled in for new member contracts (excluding shared contracts).
