1. Purpose & Benefits

Who better to refer a new prospect member than our current partners and members?

Our Member Referral Program rewards existing members for bringing in new, qualified vendors, benefiting everyone—the referring member, new member, staff, company, and customers.

✅ Referring members receives the equivalent of one month marketing fee of the new member as a referral bonus.
✅ Referral payments are issued after the completion of the initial 6 month contract of the referred member (referrals will paid to only active Westside Market Members).

• (Example: If the new member subscription starts on January 1st, the referring member receives their referral fee via ACH on July 15th.)

2. Eligibility & Program Rules

📌 Who Can Participate?
✔ Current members only (past members are not eligible).
✔ Store management must file a request approval into BMBerry Approval Module for the referring member before the time of signing—credit cannot be applied retroactively.

Process in Approval Module

Request Owner = SM or ASM

Date = Date filled in

Location = desired new prospect member space

Contact = Current Member

Amount = New Prospect Member Booth One Month Cost

Reference = New Prospect Name

(must be saved in order to make it affective, and could be edited till date of submitting of approval, remember, you may change request date, but log will always show date it was created)

📌 New Member Requirements:
✔ Must have never previously signed with Westside Market at any location.
✔ Must be approved by store management.
✔ Must sign a 6-month contract and pay all required fees in full (deposit + six month’s marketing fee).
✔ Employees and employee-members are not eligible for referral rewards.
✔ Approval must be documented in the system via the official request referral fee before the contact created and Subscription takes effect.

3. Suggested Prospect Members

We encourage members to refer businesses that align with Westside Market’s brand and offerings, such as:

• Home Décor
• Furniture (dependent on store style)
• Patio Furniture & Garden Accessories
• Kitchen Cabinets, Closet, Flooring, Wallpaper, Lighting, Drapery (Roswell only)

• Women’s, Men’s, and Kids’ Fashion
• Jewelry
• Handcrafted Candles
• Gifts & Seasonal Items

✅ Specialty & Lifestyle Products:

• New Games & Toys
• Children’s Items
• Original Art
• Outdoor & Garden Products
• Signs, Soaps, and Unique Home Accents
• Mattresses (self-operating)

4. Restricted Items – What We Don’t Allow

🚫 The following items cannot be sold at Westside Market:
❌ Weapons (guns, pocket knives, etc.)
❌ Counterfeit Products (fake handbags, belts, jewelry, etc.)
❌ Adult Items
❌ Alcohol
