✅ All new employees must read and sign a non-compete agreement before starting employment at Westside Market.
✅ The signed agreement must be printed and submitted to HR/Accounting before an employee is allowed to work on the sales floor.
✅ Any questions regarding the agreement should be directed to the employee’s immediate supervisor.
