1. Purpose & Benefits

The VIP Member Program rewards high-value consignors by offering a reduced sales commission rate of 5% per month instead of the standard 10%. This program is designed to support members who make a significant investment in marketing at a single Westside Market location.

2. Eligibility Requirements

📌 Minimum Marketing Fee Requirement:
✅ Members must consistently spend $2,000 or more per month in marketing fees at a single Westside Market location.
Marketing fee totals of $1,999 or less will not qualify for the reduced commission rate.

📌 Location-Specific Qualification:
Marketing fees from multiple locations cannot be combined to qualify for VIP status.
✅ Eligibility is based on spending at one location only.

📌 Consigner ID Requirement:
✅ Each store location allows only one consignor ID per VIP membership.

📌 Active & On-Time Payments:
✅ Members must maintain an active status by meeting the $2,000 monthly marketing fee requirement.
All marketing fees must be paid on time to remain eligible for the VIP program.

3. Compliance & Accountability

✅ Store management will monitor compliance with the VIP Member Program requirements.
✅ Any failure to meet the eligibility criteria may result in immediate loss of VIP status and reversion to the standard 10% commission rate.
