The Warehouse Member Guidelines ensure a safe, organized, and professional environment by:
✅ Maintaining security and tracking warehouse access.
✅ Promoting self-sufficiency and responsibility among members.
✅ Ensuring cleanliness and safety in all warehouse areas.
✅ Encouraging respect and cooperation for smooth operations.

2. Warehouse Access & Member Responsibilities

📌 Sign-In Requirement – All members must sign in at the front desk before accessing the warehouse. This ensures security and helps track individuals present on-site.
📌 Self-Sufficiency in Moving Merchandise – Members are responsible for arranging their own assistance for moving items. Warehouse employees will not assist with loading or unloading merchandise.

3. Security Protocols

Restricted Access

    Door & Entryway Security
  • Ensure all doors, including large roll-up and latch doors, are securely closed when entering or leaving to maintain security and temperature control.
    Ramp Usage Policy
  • The warehouse ramp is for loading and unloading only. Members must not block the ramp or leave vehicles parked on it while working in their booth.
    Reporting Suspicious Activity
  • If a member notices unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity, they must report it immediately to ensure safety.

4. Cleanliness & Organization Standards

Proper Trash Disposal

  • Flatten and compact cardboard boxes before placing them in the dumpster for efficient waste management.
  • Dispose of trash only in the designated dumpsters to maintain a clean warehouse environment.
    Aisle & Entryway Maintenance
  • Warehouse aisles must remain clear of merchandise at all times to prevent accidents and ensure smooth movement.
  • Do not leave merchandise unattended at the large roll-up door in the back of the warehouse. This prevents obstructions and safety hazards.

5. Respect & Accountability

Timely Shipment Removal

  • Members must remove received shipments within 48 hours to free up space for incoming deliveries and prevent congestion.
    Personal Tool Responsibility
  • Each member is responsible for their own tools and equipment. Borrowing or using another member’s tools without permission is not allowed.

6. Compliance & Enforcement

✅ All members are expected to follow these guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse.
✅ Failure to comply may result in:
❌ Restricted access to the warehouse.
❌ Potential removal of unattended merchandise.
❌ Additional penalties as determined by warehouse management.
