Rules For Members to Participate in Tent Sale

All Members must register in advance to secure a space.

Spaces are assigned by management on a first-come, first-served basis.

No Members may switch spaces without prior approval.
- If Members are required to pay for space, all event tickets must be sold through Westside Market POS.
2. Setup and Breakdown

Setup time: Members may begin setting up on date and time assigned by SM.

Breakdown time: Members must be fully packed and off property by date and time assigned by SM.

Members must set up their own products and priced unless otherwise specified.

Tents must be securely anchored or weighted down at all times for safety.
3. Merchandise and Displays
- All products must be marked down minimum 50% off selling price inside the store.
Only approved products may be sold.

Merchandise must fit within the assigned space — no encroaching on walkways or neighboring spaces.

Displays must be neat, professional, and safe (no trip hazards or unstable setups).
4. Pricing and Payments

All items must be clearly priced with marked down prices.

Members selling their own products must be attended at all time and are responsible for collecting their own payments for their table products and approved by SM.

Members must handle their own taxes (sales tax, business licenses if required).
5. Conduct and Responsibility

Members must remain professional and respectful toward customers, staff, and other Members.

Members must stay for the full duration of the event unless otherwise authorized.

Members are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event.
-
No loud music, offensive materials, or aggressive sales tactics allowed.
6. Liability

Members participate at their own risk.

Westside Market is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or personal injury.

Members may be required to sign a waiver before participating.
7. Weather Policy

Tent Sale is [Rain or Shine] unless otherwise notified.

Members are responsible for protecting their own merchandise from weather.
8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).

No-shows without notice may be barred from future events.
