📌 Dedicated Device: A company-issued mobile phone is assigned to Store Managers exclusively for capturing high-quality content.

📌 Monthly Review: Store management will receive a performance report on social media activity, Google Analytics insights, and Google Reviews analysis in the first 10 days of each month.

3. Step-by-Step Guide to Social Media

Step 1: Social Media Content

Posting Schedule: 6 days a week (excluding Sundays)

Reels: Minimum 6 per week, posted between 5 PM - 7 PM

✅ Member Collaboration: Minimum 6 per week, posted between 1 PM - 3 PM

Photo Posts: Minimum 6 per week, posted between 9 AM - 11 AM

Stories: Share each post to stories immediately after publishing

Content Categories:

  • Staff – Employee highlights, favorite products, fun moments
